Our Beginnings
Repertoire Inc. was birthed from a place of need during a difficult time of transition. Faced with life's obstacles, with little to no hope or resources. we clearly understood the need for a "stock of resources" made readily available. The word Repertoire came to mind/visioned on a different spectrum then brought to life.

Our Leadership
Joyce McKibben is a dedicated and long time public servant and community advocate. She is the Founder & President of Repertoire Inc., a Community Resource Hub founded in 1998. The center provides both on-site and referral community and human service programs. Located in downtown Lithonia, the Repertoire lived up to its slogan of “people helping people”.
Ms. McKibben has been active in many community organizations and initiatives. She currently serves as Program Director to Repertoire Inc.’s Success Mentorship, a Crime Prevention and Safety Program. She also serves as a Housing Commissioner for the Lithonia Housing Authority and Board Chair for Cornerstone Academy. Joyce has served as Mayor, City of Lithonia, Board member for the Lithonia Civic League, and East Dekalb Teen Parent Advisory Board for the Dekalb County Board of Health. She has partnered in Education with the Dekalb County School System, United Way Gifts In-Kind Program, and served as a committee member to Community Friendship Inc., (CFI), a nonprofit serving disabled adults. She is founder of WEBB - Women Entangled Battered & Bruised, a safe haven that assists victims of domestic violence, as well as BRIDGES Youth, a program designed to help youth cross over troubled waters.
In addition to community advocacy and service, Ms. McKibben has worked as an executive administrator for the Grady Health System, in the Long Term Care Division and for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) as the NEC Information System and AFIS System Administrator.
Ms. McKibben has received recognition for her community service and leadership. She was awarded Citizen of the Year by the City of Lithonia. She was honored by the Dekalb County School System as a Partner in Education and was awarded Leadership Excellence by Partnership for Community Action. Ms. Mckibben is a motivational speaker and frequent guest speaker for faith based organizations, local and state offices to include the State of Georgia Black Women Caucus other civic and faith based groups. She is a past member of the State of Georgia Clergy and Green Pastures Christian Ministries, King of Glory Production cast. Ms. McKibben is a native of Lithonia, Georgia. She attended the DeKalb County School System, and Georgia State University. Joyce is a proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Joyce believes her mission in life is to love God and people.
Zeynep Ivet Bandirma is an Organizational Psychologist who focuses on systemic change, strategic planning and direction, and human capital development. She has worked across industries, in for- and non-profits in the US and abroad, and has served in leadership and advisory positions throughout her 25+ year career. For the past decade, she has focused her work primarily in public and charter school districts, leading a number of projects to drive educator and administrator effectiveness. Ivet currently serves as the Evaluator for Success Mentorship and is supporting Repertoire Inc.’s work to prepare and build capacity in youth for the future workforce. Ivet has a Licentiate in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Católica Boliviana in La Paz, Bolivia, a BA in Psychology from New York University, and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
Dr. Jodi Woodruff earned her Ph.D. In Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health, at the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she is the Director of the Health Data Science team. Dr. Woodruff leads a diverse team of experts in Data Science, Psychology, Healthcare, and Economics. Together they collaborate with policy makers and community-based agencies to provide data-driven solutions to improve health in Missouri. In addition to her research, Dr. Woodruff is the Advisor for the Golden Key International Honour Society and leads the Mentoring committee at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In her spare time, Dr. Woodruff enjoys reading, spending time with her family and their Golden Retriever puppy.
Dr. Shanate Porter is a distinguished educational leader in the Clark County School District, currently serving as a Professional School Counselor. In her role, she is dedicated to maximizing student success and promoting access and equity for all students. With over 11 years of professional experience in the education system, Dr. Porter has worked in various settings, including residential-based schools and traditional school environments. She completed her Doctoral degree in Education with a specialization in K-12 Educational Leadership while in Las Vegas. An Atlanta native, Dr. Porter is a strong advocate for transformational and equitable practices in public school systems. She has presented at numerous professional development conferences and serves as the Chief of Student Success for the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative (SNBEI). Dr. Porter firmly believes that building relationships within the school setting is the cornerstone for creating a safe, equitable, and academically successful environment. Her extensive experience in project-based, experiential, and holistic learning underscores her belief that relationship-building is a key component of effective leadership.
Dr. Tracy Curry Owens is a Psychology Lecturer and has primarily worked as an academician and researcher. She has interests and expertise in personality psychology, social determinants of health, women’s and reproductive health, community-based participatory research, and health equity.
She has considerable expertise in research, evaluation, technical advisement, health education, and health promotion. Dr. Curry Owens has presented and written about her work on race and gender, depression, pregnancy outcomes, stress and coping, and chronic disease in African-American women at local colloquia, scientific meetings, and public health publications.
Dr. Curry Owens’ teaching interests reflect her passion for research and the application of psychological principals and methodology to ensure psychological well-being for individuals and communities. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes the responsibility to equip students with the tools necessary achieve academic success and conveys a passion for the study of psychology. In the classroom, Dr. Curry Owens promotes thinking critically about the course material and the application of concepts and methods to a greater context of student’s lives.
Mr. Reynolds is a native Lithonian. He is Owner Operator of FDR Industries/Precision Rock & Stone, Inc. He currently serves on LB&B Associates Project, which includes operations and maintenance services for the General Services Administration at the Rhode Island District Federal Court and the Federal Building in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
He has experience in governmental project management and capital improvement projects. He understands Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR’s), OSHA Guidelines, and Corps of Engineers Safety Protocols.
Mr. Reynolds experience includes interacting with Government City Attorney’s Office, the Office of Risk Management, and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He is Familiar with Job Order Contracting (JOC).Grant Applications, Green Building Technology, and Hazardous Waste Management programs. He also holds the following Certifications: Department of Homeland Security (FEMA) Flood Full Data, Coastal A and V, Zone Full Data Hurricane Wind BCA Modules.Certified Engineering Technician, 2011.

Al is an avid golfer!
Al is a retired DeKalb County, Georgia Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, Deputy Director. His experience with youth and related services is bar none. Al spent fifteen plus years serving as Director of the Lucious Sanders Recreation Center in the historic Bruce Street Community where he proudly proclaimed his roots. Bruce Street is the birthplace of the first “colored school” in DeKalb County Georgia.
Al formerly retired from DeKalb County Government and is now rehired as part of a Golf Management Team.
Al is married with four adult children and one handsome grandson.
Kim is President - CEO of Cornerstone Academy, Lithonia, Georgia and Cornerstone Academy II, Stonecrest, Georgia. She has provided quality child development programs and services for more than twenty years.
Kim is the principal owner of Posterity Logistics, one of top transportation solutions companies in Stonecrest, Georgia.
She is the proud mother of two wonderful young adults, Shelley and Jordyn. Kim loves tennis, snorkeling and nature.
Marcia is the CEO of Mariel & Associates LLC, a boutique consulting company that focuses on services to specialty and primary care practices, including FQHCs. It also develops and supports the implementation of community-based programs and HIT adoption in underserved communities.
Bilingual community engagement and advocacy leader with over 25 years of demonstrated success directing private and non-profit community-based programs. Co-founder of Black Long Term Care Executive Summer Internship and its mentorship program. Set the framework for creating the Homeless Stores implemented in New York City in 2018.
As the COO of the National Collaborative for HIT for the underserved, Marcia developed and implemented the National Education and Outreach Pilot, which demonstrated the benefits of Electronic Health Records in underserved communities and facilitated the provider's adoption of 'High Touch,' a physician-patient engagement platform.
As the VP of Patient Services at Morris Height Health Center, Marcia Developed and implemented a specialty services marketing plan, including community outreach and engagement programs. These services were in partnership with Montefiore Health System.
Marcia serves on the board of several professional and community-based organizations, such as the Healthcare Executive Club, the New York Regional National Association of Health Services Executives, the Black Long Term Care Executives, and the Homeless Store.
